Who processes your data

The controller is Turov s.r.o., company ID (IČO) 25997424, registered office Hlohová 175/8, 612 00 Brno, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, file C 83227. Send any question about personal data to office@radekstencl.com.

What data, why and for how long

Buying a print or Nothing. Name, email, delivery address, phone number if given, details of the order and of the payment (never the full card number). We process them to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and afterwards for as long as accounting and tax law requires, at most 10 years (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Complaints and withdrawals. The data needed to handle them is kept while they are handled and then for the limitation period, so that we can show how we dealt with them (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Email inquiries. Name, email address and the content of the message, to answer you (legitimate interest), at most 3 years after the last contact.

We do not use your data for marketing, we do not sell it and we make no automated decisions about you.

Who has access to the data

• Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Ireland): payment processing. For some processing, such as fraud prevention, Stripe acts as an independent controller; see stripe.com/privacy.
• WEDOS Internet, a.s. (Czech Republic): website hosting (VEDOS service).
• Google Ireland Limited: the mailbox that receives email sent to office@radekstencl.com.
• The carrier (Czech Post or a courier): name and delivery address, to deliver the parcel.
• Our accountant, if any, to the extent needed for bookkeeping.

Stripe and Google may transfer data to the United States; such transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Website, cookies and analytics

The website uses no cookies, no analytics or advertising tools, and does not track visitors. The hosting provider keeps standard technical access logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security and operation.

The video on the Dive deeper page loads from youtube-nocookie.com only after you press play; from then on Google processes data under its own policy. The share buttons are plain links and load nothing until clicked. The Stripe payment page uses its own cookies needed for the payment.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just write to office@radekstencl.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.gov.cz, or with the authority in your own EU country.
