Effective from 1 October 2026.
1. Seller
The seller is Turov s.r.o., company ID (IČO) 25997424, registered office Hlohová 175/8, 612 00 Brno, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, file C 83227 (the "seller"). The seller is not registered for VAT. The seller trades under the name Radek Štencl Trust.
Contact: office@radekstencl.com; the postal address is the registered office.
These terms govern the sale of art prints and of "Nothing" through www.radekstencl.com. The relationship between seller and buyer is governed by Czech law, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and, where the buyer is a consumer, Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection. In case of any discrepancy between the language versions, the Czech version prevails.
2. Order and conclusion of the contract
The buyer chooses a print and its edition (signed print or limited edition) and presses "Buy now", which opens the Stripe payment page. There the buyer enters an email address, delivery address and payment details, and can check and correct everything before paying.
The contract is concluded when the payment is completed. The buyer receives a payment and order confirmation by email. The contract consists of these terms and the order confirmation, which the buyer keeps in their email. The contract can be concluded in Czech, English or German.
3. Price and payment
Prices shown on the website are final. The seller is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. The price includes delivery to the countries listed in section 4.
Payment is made in advance by card or other methods offered on the Stripe payment page (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited). Buyers in the Czech Republic are charged in Czech crowns, all others in euros. The seller has no access to card details. The buyer receives a receipt by email.
4. Delivery
Prints are refilled to stock in small amounts. Orders are usually dispatched within three weeks of payment, by post or courier, to the address the buyer entered. We deliver to the member states of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and the United States.
If a print cannot be delivered, the seller informs the buyer without undue delay and refunds the price paid.
Please check that the parcel is undamaged when you receive it. Record any transport damage with the carrier and send us photos at office@radekstencl.com straight away.
5. Nothing
"Nothing" is an art and social experiment by Radek Štencl. By paying the price the buyer receives no goods and no service, and nothing is delivered; the buyer acknowledges this nature of the product. Anyone who changes their mind may write to office@radekstencl.com within 14 days of payment and we will refund the price paid.
6. Right of withdrawal
A buyer who is a consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. It is enough to send the withdrawal by email to office@radekstencl.com before the period ends, for example using the model form below.
The goods must be returned to the seller's registered office within 14 days of the withdrawal; the buyer bears the cost of returning them. We refund the price paid, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days of the withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or the buyer has shown proof of sending them. The buyer is liable for any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is necessary to examine them.
7. Defects and complaints
The seller is responsible for the goods being free of defects when received. A consumer can claim a defect within 24 months of receipt; a defect that appears within the first year is presumed to have existed at receipt.
Send complaints to office@radekstencl.com with a description of the defect and photos. We confirm receipt and settle the complaint within 30 days. Depending on the defect, the buyer is entitled to a replacement, repair, a reasonable discount or withdrawal from the contract under Section 2161 et seq. of the Civil Code.
8. Out-of-court dispute resolution
If a dispute cannot be settled by agreement, a consumer may submit it for out-of-court resolution to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, adr.coi.cz. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) also supervises compliance with consumer protection law.
9. Personal data
How we process personal data is described in the Privacy notice.
10. Final provisions
The contract is governed by Czech law. For consumers living in another country, this does not affect the protection given by the mandatory law of that country. The seller may change these terms; an order is governed by the version in force when it was paid.
